For anyone that visited Sweden, or come across an intriguing Swede as they get off of a plane; curiosity comes to mind as it is often hard to pinpoint the reason why Swedish men and women tend to project this distinct fashion sense and style. Though hard to explain at first, once you truly understand the distinctive way Swedes dress, you can actually find the right words to let others know how truly different and appealing the look tends to be.
The typical look for Swedish men and women is one which is understated simplicity. Though in the cold winter months, down parkas trimmed in fur are worn, in Sweden the look is more for protection from the elements as opposed to making a fashion statement; which is why the look is preferred in other countries.
